We machine custom impellers and rotating components to customer drawings. Geometry, material and functional interfaces determine the process route; we review each project before confirming manufacturability.
Impellers and related pump components
Billet and cast-blank machining
Available process routes shown in our capability listing include solid billet to 5-axis machining, cast blank to 3-axis finishing and cast blank to 5-axis finishing. Blank condition and machining allowance require review.
Pump interfaces and companion parts
Related component scope includes pump shafts, shaft sleeves, wear rings, glands, bushings, couplings, flanges and adapters. Send mating features and critical fits with your RFQ.
Material and dimensional verification
State the required alloy, material condition and documentation. CMM / 2.5D inspection is selected for the relevant features. Agree inspection reports and acceptance criteria before production; material records are project-specific when available.
Purchasing questions
Do you sell standard replacement impellers?
This service is drawing-based custom manufacturing. Supply the design, specifications and required quantity for review.
Can you machine supplied cast blanks?
Cast-blank finishing is within the listed process scope. We need the blank drawing or condition, machining allowance, material and finished-part requirements to assess the project.
Does machining include balancing or performance testing?
These services are not confirmed by the supplied website. State balancing, hydraulic performance or other test requirements explicitly so their availability can be reviewed before quotation.
Share drawings, material grade, quantity, critical tolerances and documentation requirements. Manufacturability and delivery are confirmed after review.
