HERUILAI's company profile states an ISO 9001 certified quality system. Our English-language ISO 9001:2015 certificate is available to view. Certificate no. 53925Q05935R0S; valid until November 2, 2028, subject to continued certification status.
Hexagon CMM and CMM / 2.5D inspection as appropriate for part features and customer requirements. Measurement capability and acceptance criteria are confirmed by project.
Material certificates and batch-related documents can support traceability when available for the relevant order. A selected 6061-T651 aluminium mill test report is available as a sample. The report is issued by the material supplier, not an ISO certification of HERUILAI.
Drawing review → DFM and quotation → sample production → sample approval → repeat production → final inspection and delivery.
